Mountain Sales & Service, Inc. opened its doors in 1980 as a small wholesale distributor of food service equipment in Colorado. Since then, we’ve been providing parts, equipment, and service as well as proudly represented manufacturers in the food service industry.
Our original goal was the same as it is today: to provide quality sales, service, and parts for the wholesale food service industry. Starting with only three original product lines—Scotsman, SaniServ, and Amana—our company has grown in sales every year.
Our refrigeration service department has been instrumental in our success. With each new customer we increased the awareness of what we do. As sales grew, so did the company. New product lines were added each year and our service and parts departments gained strength in the marketplace. Each new challenge was hit head-on and our staff found a way to make sales in some of the toughest times.
Today we represent over 14 product lines within the Rocky Mountain region. Our sales, service, and parts staff continue to work hard each day to reach our original goal. With state-of-the-art technology, a well-stocked warehouse of products, and a complete parts department, we are able to provide fast customer service, quick shipments, and 24/7/365 refrigeration service. As our industry changes, we are able to adapt quickly and move in the direction needed to continue to provide our high level of quality service to our customers.
The future of MSS looks bright. Our product lines continue to be the best in the industry and our service department continues to grow to meet the needs of our customers. We continue to tour our territory each year providing service schools to other refrigeration companies on our product lines so they can also be able to respond quickly to any service problems with our products.
